Job Summary

Avcor Health of Garware Fulflex USA Inc. is looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive who can both maintain present business and grow new business in the hospital and health care products industry within Atlanta, GA and the surrounding Southeast region. This Sales Executive will be compensated with a combination of base salary, commission on new business, and residual commission on signed business.

Avcor Health of Garware Fulflex USA Inc. is a leading developer, manufacturer, and marketer of premium medical products and disposables. Our extensive product line includes latex-free elastic, cohesive, and cold compression bandages, I.V. Arm Support, tourniquet straps, exsanguination bandages, and a variety of plastic surgery-related products. Most of these products are manufactured under our own patents and trademarks.

Our products are manufactured in a number of facilities with the main manufacturing and distribution facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. The company markets its products under the Avcor brand name and under a variety of private labels. Our products are distributed by leading institutional distributors, as well as through quality regional, specialty, and diversity distributors. Our products are also marketed through group purchasing organizations, independent distribution networks, and internationally.

Our Story

Avcor Health Care Products started in 1984 with a single, innovative product line: a patented elastic bandage that revolutionized the industry. With its self-closure technology, our bandages eliminated the need for metal clips or tapes, making them easier to use and more secure. The closure technology adheres anywhere along the wrap of the bandage, ensuring the desired compression and ease of application. The patented knit construction and elastomer design of our Honeycomb X-TEN™ bandage provides controlled compression, making it the #1 selling Honeycomb elastic bandage in the United States. Our innovative approach to compression medical products has continued to drive our success and expansion into other areas, including I.V. aids, surgical disposables, and post-procedure support.

Today, Avcor Health Care Products continues to expand our product line and improve the quality of our products, always keeping the needs of patients and healthcare professionals in mind. Our products are distributed by leading institutional distributors, group purchasing organizations, independent distribution networks, and internationally. We are dedicated to producing medical products that deliver maximum utility, ease of use, patient comfort, and overall cost savings.

Compensation

  • Base $50-60K Salary
  • Bonus program paid quarterly

Principle Responsibilities

  • Travel within the designated geography to meet with customers, develop new opportunities, and manage relationships with key decision makers in the region.
  • Contact potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, rehab facilities, and oral surgeon offices to sell the entire portfolio.
  • This position requires relevant experience in Hospital and clinical sales with a focus on strategic Accounts with existing products.
  • Develop trust and relationships with key customers by identifying their needs and tailoring our portfolio to meet their needs.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and strategic plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals.
  • Align sales plans with overall targets and milestones to achieve financial objectives.
  • Coordinating with customers in the Region for achieving targeted sales through direct dealer / distributor network
  • Monitor market competition and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events and networking to create actionable leads and opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in trade fair exhibitions, including follow up of contacts, participate in relevant industry trade groups and events to maintain state of the art knowledge of the market.
  • Daily utilization of CRM (Salesforce) to manage opportunities, key customers/contacts, and communications with key customers or potential clients.
  • Assist in Accounts outside the Assigned territory when called on by Management

Industry Experience:

  • 4 to 8 Years sales experience in the Acute Care Hospital Market

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Preferred degree in Science
  • Preferred Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
